Join your friends and neighbors for fun on the field this spring and summer!!
Registration is now OPEN for the 2024 Spring season.
Barrington Youth Baseball & Softball offers programs for all players from ages 5 to 18.
The House League structure is grade based. The younger players (boys Kindergarten through 2nd grade and girls Kindergarten through 4th grade) are placed with classmates on teams built around their school. Older players participate in divisions where players are drafted on to teams by coaches.
A late fee of $25 will be assessed to any participant who registers after March 1st, 2024
*The late fee for T Ball & Pony begins on April 1st.
Registration payments must be received by March 16, 2024, in order for a player to be assigned to a team. If payment is received after that date, the player will be assigned to a team only if space is available.
Additional fees for participating in travel, mustangs, and all-star programs are due on the date(s) set forth in the applicable rules.
Refunds
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund equal to the registration fee you paid minus $50 by notifying us in writing (e-mail: jill.barnum@bybs.net) prior to March 15, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested on March 15, 2024, or later.
Welcome to the Spring Season Registration with the Barrington Youth Baseball and Softball.
This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge from Barrington Youth Base will appear on your account.
A coach will contact you with your team assignment just prior to spring break.
The online Fundraising Fee is the process for our annual discount card sales. Coaches will distribute two fundraising cards to each player’s family at the start of the season. If registering a third child, the Fundraising Fee is not charged for the third player. Families can then sell these individual $20 cards to recoup the fundraising fee, use the cards themselves, or give them away. To find out more about the card sales and our fundraising efforts, please visit the Fundraising Page on our website.
There is a Family Maximum for this fundraising fee of $120 for families with multiple players in the program. This will be reflected on the shopping cart page as long as you register all your children at the same time (Select Register Another Player on the Review page).
Each registered family is part of the raffle pool with winners named throughout the season.
Players should register for the grade they are currently enrolled in for the 2023-24 school year.
